Sweat Bias

Workouts designed with minimal to no rest. In these workouts expect lighter weights, more cardio elements and higher reps across the board.

Strength bias

Workouts designed with set rest periods during exercises. In these workouts expect heavy to moderate weights, little to no cardio elements and higher and low to medium rep ranges.
